Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Subscription envelopes are prepared and shipped once per month. Orders placed before the 5th of the month will be included in that month's mailing. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the following month's shipment.

Domestic Shipping (US): All envelopes are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the ship date.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by location (typically 10–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Tracking: Tracking is not available for standard First Class Mail envelopes. If you have not received your envelope within 14 days of the ship date, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Mail: We are not responsible for mail lost or delayed by USPS. However, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
